All our pieces are Made to Order, especially for you!
To make sure your piece turns out perfect, we take approximately 15 – 20 days to process each order. In case of an urgent need, you can WhatsApp or Email us with a request and our team will get back to you at the earliest. We offer a lifetime warranty on gold products on repairs, re-polishing, rhodium and cleaning.

In case the product is not how you expected, we offer an exchange for another product of the same value. We do not have money back return on any products.

Any of our gold pieces can be sold back to us, after one year of purchase at the current rate of gold with 90% buyback offer on diamond of the purchase rate. This does not apply for any custom pieces.
